• Are usually between 50’s and 70’s

• Have separation of the anterior neck muscles (Platysmal Bands)
• Have moderate skin laxity in the neck and jowls
• Have a moderate to severe double chin
• Have excess neck fat & skin
• Are Nonsmokers or have stopped years prior to the facelift
