The entire process is important, from the moment the patient calls the office until the broad smile appears on their face showing you how pleased they are with the cosmetic procedure.
You have to care about performing at peak levels always, never finishing until you know you have given it your all and wanting superb results for the patient and knowing you will not be satisfied until you reach that goal for both of you.
