Why Sweat the Small Stuff? Axillary Botox is a Solution!

undWhy Sweat the Small Stuff?  Axillary Botox is a Solution!

Botox is normally thought of for smoothing out the forehead lines and balancing the eyebrows, at least in my practice, is effective in treating overly active axillary or underarm perspiration, hyperhidrosis.

If your clothing is soaking through leaving marks or you are unable to control the overflow of perspiration in all settings then Axillary Botox may be a solution.

The underarm areas to be injected with a tiny needle are marked and then small drops of Botox are placed under the skin to control the overactive sweat glands. The glands still work but will not push out as much moisture.

We all need to sweat now and then but excessive perspiration can be more than an annoyance.

Big event planned? Such as a wedding or celebration that you wish to look and feel as cool as a summer cucumber, why not consider Axillary Botox.
